Perimeter Chain Link
Commercial-grade chain link is still the standard for business and industrial perimeter fencing in the Irving area. We install 9-gauge galvanized chain link with schedule 40 steel posts, available in 6 ft and 8 ft heights. Barbed wire or razor wire topping is available when the property needs more security.
Posts go in at 8-foot spacing minimum, and closer when the fence is taller. We set them 30 inches deep in concrete. For commercial runs over 200 feet, we add tension wire top and bottom so the fabric stays tight and doesn't start looking loose after a few seasons.
Commercial Gates
We install rolling gates and cantilever gates sized for commercial truck and vehicle access. Standard commercial gates range from 16 ft to 40 ft wide. Manual and motorized options are available. We work with LiftMaster and Eagle gate operators for automated access that holds up.
Most commercial gates in Irving include some type of access control — keypad, card reader, or vehicle loop detector. So if you already have a security company, we coordinate with them when integration is needed.
Barbed Wire & Security Topping
For properties that need a higher security level — storage facilities, equipment yards, utility sites — we add barbed wire or razor ribbon topping to existing or new chain link fences. Most of the time it's installed at a 45-degree outward angle for maximum deterrence.
Texas doesn't restrict barbed wire on commercial property as long as the fence is at least 6 feet tall before the wire starts. We follow ASTM F1665 specs for razor wire on perimeter security fencing.
Construction Site Fencing
Temporary chain link panel fencing for construction sites in Irving. We supply and install temporary perimeter fencing to secure active job sites, with panels, clamps and weighted bases. Available for short-term rental or purchase.
Standard panels are 6 ft tall by 12 ft wide. And for sites up to 500 linear feet, we can usually get it set up in a single day.
