Las Colinas is technically part of Irving, so this is home turf for us. We've worked in Valley Ranch, Hackberry Creek, Cimarron, MacArthur Park, and the older Las Colinas Country Club neighborhoods.
Las Colinas has some of the strictest HOAs in the DFW area. So with fence work here, the first step is usually paperwork, not digging holes. Most associations only allow certain materials — black chain link or cedar in approved styles — and they want plans submitted before they approve anything.
If you're in Valley Ranch, expect a 3-4 week HOA approval timeline. Hackberry Creek is about the same. The older Las Colinas Country Club area is a little faster, usually 2 weeks. Once you have approval, we can build to match the approved spec.
